The Travis Athletic Booster Club (THS ABC) is honored to award Scholarships to student athletes. The applicants must meet the requirements outlined below.  The funds will be paid directly to the student’s university or trade school after receiving proof of enrollment, and in accordance with NCAA policies.

The purpose of the scholarship will be to recognize an outstanding graduating THS athlete and to encourage good sportsmanship, athletic participation, academic awareness and overall Travis community involvement.  The applications will be scored and weighted on these criteria.  Winners will be notified via email and on the THS ABC website. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

The student athlete's family must have been a member of the THS ABC during the student's junior year AND be a current member of the Travis Athletic Booster Club (membership dues must be paid during the athlete's season or earlier). The one exception is for a student who is new to Travis HS their senior year.

The applicant must:

1. Be a senior in good standing at Travis High School with a minimum GPA of 2.8.

2. Have participated in a Travis Tiger Varsity sport during their senior year.

3. Plan on attending a trade school, technical school, a community college, or an accredited 4 year university/college beginning the fall of the student’s graduating year.

4. The Family must be current a Booster Club member, and have been a member the athlete's junior year as well.

5. The Family must join during the athlete's season.
